How long does it take to generate my calendar?

Most calendars are usually ready within about 10 minutes. During busy times it may take a little longer, but most orders are delivered shortly after generation.

Do I get a preview before buying?

Yes. You'll see your single-month preview first, so you can check the style and how your pet looks before choosing your calendar.

What files do I receive?

You'll get a high-quality printable PDF (12 months) and 12 individual monthly images in print-ready resolution (4K quality).

Can I print the digital calendar myself?

Absolutely. The files are print-ready and work with home printers or professional print shops.

Can I include multiple pets?

Yes! You can include up to 2 pets in your photo. If your pets are different genders, select "Mixed" as the gender option. More than 2 pets may produce unpredictable results.

What if I don't like the result?

If your pet doesn't look like your pet or something feels wrong, contact us within 14 days. We'll regenerate your calendar or help with a refund.

Can I request changes before printing?

Yes. If you choose a printed calendar, you have 24 hours after preview to request changes before printing begins. If something feels off, we'll regenerate it.
