Can I see my portrait before I buy?
Yes. Upload a photo and you'll get a preview before you pay. No card or account needed to see it.
Will the watermark be removed after I buy?
Yes. It's only present on the preview. Your purchased file is clean, in full 4K high quality.
What if the preview doesn't look like my pet?
If something's off (wrong colour, missing markings, anything) try again with a different photo. Still not right? Email orders@mypetyear.com before or after your order and we'll make it right.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face, eyes, and markings are easy to see. Front-facing works best. Skip blurry shots, dark photos, or anything covering their face.
What's the difference between Digital Poster, Printed Poster, and Canvas?
Digital Poster is a 4K file you download. Printed Poster is a physical print on 250 gsm matte paper. Canvas is wrapped and ready to hang.
How long until I get it?
Digital Poster by email, usually within a few minutes. Not in your inbox? Check spam or promotions, or email orders@mypetyear.com. Printed Poster and Canvas 1 to 3 working days to make, then 6 to 8 working days to arrive.
Can I get it faster?
Yes, from the cart. Add the Printed Poster or Canvas to the cart and choose Express delivery before checkout. It is one flat fee for the whole order, shown in the cart, and it speeds up the shipping, not the making. Buy now ships by the standard service, which is free.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. For Printed Poster or Canvas, enter their address at checkout and we'll ship straight to them. For Digital Poster, forward the delivery email.
